The Economic Policy Institute mourns the passing of Richard Trumka

WASHINGTON -

The Economic Policy Institute and workers everywhere mourn the loss of Richard Trumka, President of the AFL-CIO and Chairman of the EPI Board of Directors. Trumka was a champion for workers’ rights and a passionate leader of the labor movement. His legacy will not be forgotten as together we navigate the critical challenges facing America’s workers and build an economy that works for everyone.
