EPA’s Ongoing Outreach Shows Commitment to Strong Power Plant Carbon Pollution Limits
WASHINGTON - David Doniger, director of the Natural Resources Defense Council’s Climate and Clean Air Program, made this comment on the Environmental Protection Agency’s supplemental notice today on its Clean Power Plan to clean up dangerous carbon pollution.
