Nurses Plan Huge Final Push for Sanders in Las Vegas

Big Get Out the Caucus Effort Thursday Through Saturday

LAS VEGAS

Registered nurses, who have been campaigning for Sen. Bernie Sanders in Nevada since September, will carry out a big final push leading up to the Nevada caucuses February 20 with a large get out the caucus effort Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.


Some 200 RNs from around the U.S. will join the effort in which nurses will spread out around the Las Vegas area knocking on doors, reminding voters of how to caucus, and urging them to caucus for Sanders.

Thursday, February 18 - 8:30 a.m., caucus and canvas training, Flamingo Hotel, 3555 S Las Vegas Blvd., El Dorado Ballroom. 10 a.m., nurses depart from hotel to canvas around Las Vegas

Friday, February 19 - 10 a.m., nurses canvassing, leaving from Flamingo Hotel, 3555 S Las Vegas Blvd., 3555 S Las Vegas Blvd.

Saturday, February 20 - 8:30 a.m., caucus day, nurses get out the caucus, beginning at 8:30 a.m., from Flamingo Hotel, 3555 S. Las Vegas Blvd.
