GOP Admits Climate Change is Real, Where’s Their Plan?
WASHINGTON - The Senate today considered several amendments to the Keystone XL tar sands pipeline bill addressing the question of whether climate change is occurring.
The following is a statement by Franz Matzner, associate director of government affairs at the Natural Resources Defense Council:
