Stand Up America Demands Immediate Impeachment Vote, Driving Constituent Calls To Entire House of Representatives
WASHINGTON - Following reports that House Democrats will introduce articles of impeachment against Donald Trump next week, and ahead of the Democratic Caucus meeting today, Stand Up America Founder and President Sean Eldridge released the following statement:
“Donald Trump is a clear and present danger to our democracy—and he cannot be allowed to remain in office for even 12 more days. Congress must immediately hold Trump accountable for inciting a violent insurrection to undermine our democracy.
“We call on Speaker Pelosi to reconvene the House of Representatives and vote on articles of impeachment immediately.”
