Latest Judicial Nominations Have the Outstanding Breadth of Experience Needed on the Federal Bench

WASHINGTON -

Wade Henderson, interim president and CEO of The Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights, released the following statement applauding President Biden’s latest slate of 10 federal judicial nominations, including the nomination of Dale Ho to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York:

“Our courts are in critical need of diverse judges who possess a breadth of experience protecting civil rights and defending the rights of all people. President Biden’s outstanding nominations today represent both the professional experience and demographic diversity our courts need to deliver equal justice. We are especially delighted by the nomination of Dale Ho, who is exceptionally well qualified to serve on our courts. These nominations bring us one step closer to having a judiciary that delivers equal justice to all of us and truly reflects the great diversity of our nation.”
