Earthjustice Statement on Senate Rejection of Thomas Farr’s Nomination to Federal Bench
WASHINGTON - Senator Tim Scott (R-SC) announced yesterday that he will be the 51st vote against Thomas Farr’s nomination to become a federal judge for the Eastern District of North Carolina.
