Wikileaks Releases CIA 'Exporter of Terrorism' Report

participation of US-based individuals in terrorism is "not a recent
phenomenon".
The memo cites several cases of alleged terrorist acts by US residents.
An official played down the report from the CIA's so-called Red Cell, saying it was "not exactly a blockbuster paper".
The Red Cell was set up in the wake of the 9/11 attacks to offer an "out-of-the-box" approach and "produce memos intended to provoke thought rather than to provide authoritative assessment", the CIA website says.
CIA spokesman George Little said: "These sorts of analytic products - clearly identified as coming from the Agency's 'Red Cell' - are designed simply to provoke thought and present different points of view."
The report, which highlights attacks by US-based or US-financed Jewish, Muslim and Irish-American terrorists, questions how foreign perceptions of the US could change with continued attacks.
"Much attention has been paid recently to the increasing occurrence of American-grown Islamic terrorists conducting attacks against US targets, primarily in the homeland. Less attention has been paid to homegrown terrorism, not exclusively Muslim terrorists, exported overseas to target non-US persons," the report says.
The memo, titled What If Foreigners See the United States as an 'Exporter of Terrorism'?, concludes that if the US is perceived by other nations as an "exporter of terrorism", those countries may be less willing to co-operate with the US in the detention, transfer and interrogation of future suspects.
Wikileaks on 23 July published 76,000 secret US military logs detailing military actions in Afghanistan, an act the US authorities described as highly irresponsible.
The website now says it will release 15,000 further sensitive documents, once it has completed a review aimed at minimising the risk that their publication could put people's lives in danger.

Congress approved 400 Million Dollars for the destabilization of Iran in July 2008. Most of the money was to go to Jundallah....Last month Jundallah claimed responsibility for an attack on an Iranian Mosque that murdered 27 unarmed civilians...Excuse me, Jundallah is a Taliban Organization! Excuse me, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, the guy who admitted that he planned the attacks of 9/11 after 5 years of torture and brainwashing (CIA's truth serums could not have gotten that confession)...... I don't think it's a blockbuster. The big terrorist activities, like the bombing of Baghdad + millions of incidents in the invasion & occupations - aren't mentioned. Rather, they talk about tiny little things that didn't have the support of the State Department, or the so called Department of "Defense".

CIA warns of violent American Jews
One of the four groups mentioned by the CIA is American Jews in Israel.
"Some American Jews have supported and even engaged in violent acts against perceived enemies of Israel," the leaked report reads. "In 1994, Baruch Goldstein, an American Jewish doctor from New York, emigrated to Israel, joined the extremist group Kach, and killed 29 Palestinians during their prayers in the mosque at the Tomb of the Patriarchs in Hebron"
The CIA analysis explains that Goldstein's attack "helped to trigger a wave of bus bombings by HAMAS in early 1995."

The U.S State Department claimed that Blackwater had 300 violations including either forging or stealing passports to help move Sudanese, either rebels or terrorists, into service.....The American People will nevcer hear the true story! How can you fine a company 43 million dollars and turn around and give it 200 million dollars in contracts.
You had British soldiers dressed as Iraqis driving around Iraq shooting a civilians in 2003.....You had Americans dressed as Afghans running around Pakistan, doing what?
The State Department has no idea who Ze is hiring and has no control over who they kill!
Maybe it is time for the State Department to put Marines in the embassies and consulates.....Have the Army secure its own prisons and bases......To do that, the United States would have to close some of the 1000 bases around the world!

Use of White Phosphorous bombs in Fallujah that have caused endless birth defects and deformaties to the recent force feeding of Guantanamo inmates specifically so it breaks the Islamic fasting hours between dusk and dawn during the holy month of Ramadan to cause further humiliation.
The 24/7 coverage of a mosque..that is not a mosque being built in a country that was founded on religious freedom.

The USA is the ONLY nation to be convicted by the World Court for engaging in State Terrorism, during 1988 in a suit brought by Nicaragua. So, there is no perception about the USA's acts of terror, there are real facts and a conviction that has told the world what sort of nation the USA is. All its behaviour since serves to reinforce that conviction.
The US Empire's behavior proves it's the planet's leading Terrorist Nation, which makes its political "leaders" the world's Top Terrorists--Planetary Enemies All--and those Terrorists come from both factions of the Imperial Party.

It's news in the sense of how the CIA tried to frame their response. Duh, the whole world knows, that as a country, the whole big anonymous group of us is thought of as a terrorist nation.
I did find the CIA idea of "thinking outside the box" rather amusing. Isn't attacking complete stranger citizens, manipulating other nations, and lying, just regular "in the box " thinking for the CIA?
Thinking outside of the box would imply that they were actually "thinking"before invading nations where they know nothing about the culture, the people, or even the terrain.
Oh, the moniker, the RED CELL. OMG, how cloak and dagger, and innane. Joesph McCarthy already used that one. Do the tea party people know that there's a RED cell in the CIA? This could be fun.
Please, CIA, create a GREEN cell, and follow those terrorists on Wall St. and in the Gulf of Mexico.
Although, it actually IS a blockbuster paper, in the sense that the CIA ASKED the question which has so obviously already been answered, and long ago too, by the rest of the world including quite a few U.S. citizens!

WikiLeaks -- THEIR ACTIONS MAKE NO SENSE
When Assange was asked to explain his side of what happened with the two ladies in Sweden, he refused saying it would violate their right to privacy. But he has called both ladies liars, their actions have destroyed his reputation until this matter is cleared up, surely Assange is now his own worse enemy.
WikiLeaks released a memo today by the CIA that is pure propaganda, brainwash that our rich ruling class would love for the whole world to read. All about citizens committing terrorism, all designed to take our minds off of state sponsored terrorism, surely the last thing that WikiLeaks should be feeding to the public.

Society, public opinion in general, is of the opinion that we all deserve to be rich, deserve to be all we can be and in essence deserve to take all we can take.
Whereas, nature is of the opinion that ingrate man needs an attitude adjustment, for this day of life is more then anyone deserves and with a grateful mind we should give all we can give.

This is good, but doesn't discuss how the invasion and occupations are state supported terrorism, and how the USA's #1 export is horror.
