Anna Kathawala

Anna Kathawala is an undergraduate student at the University of California, Berkeley where she studies environmental and political science. She has done extensive research into the challenges of SGMA and the ability of farmers to access the resources they need in this environment but remains hopeful about the opportunities this policy brings.
