Rachel Bustamante

Rachel Bustamante is a policy coordinator at Plastic Pollution Coalition, a nonprofit communications and advocacy organization that collaborates with an expansive global alliance of organizations, businesses, and individuals to create a more just, equitable, regenerative world free of plastic pollution and its toxic impacts. Rachel supports the organization’s engagement in international policy and has attended the INC-4 negotiations.
