Rafael Lemaitre

Rafael Lemaitre serves as advisory council member for Sabotaging Our Safety and was director of public affairs at the Federal Emergency Management Agency during the Obama administration. He directed federal public affairs efforts in response to Hurricane Matthew and the 2016 Louisiana and South Carolina floods.
