Kate Oh is a policy counsel in the National Political Advocacy Department at the American Civil Liberties Union. A former legislative staffer for Senate Democratic Leader Harry Reid and the Senate Democratic Policy Committee, she attended the George Washington University School of Law while directing a c4 program at Media Matters for America and later advising the Progressive States Network.
