Karl Hans Bläsius

Karl Hans Bläsius, Prof. Dr., is a computer scientist and professor emeritus at Trier University of Applied Sciences. As an AI pioneer, he has worked in particular on knowledge-based systems, document analysis, and computer-aided early-warning and decision-making systems. He is the founder of atomkrieg-aus-versehen.de and ki-folgen.de and the author of the new book “Artificial Intelligence and War” (Springer Nature 2026). Among other roles, he is a member of the scientific advisory board of the Erhard Eppler Circle.
