Sean Manning

Sean Manning is a Herbert Scoville Jr. Peace Fellow in the UCS Global Security Program. His work focuses on the economic trade-offs of defense spending and the scope of the military-industrial complex. Sean graduated with bachelor’s degrees in economics and international affairs from the University of Georgia.
