Ricardo Martner

Ricardo Martner is a member of the Independent Commission for the Reform of International Corporate Taxation (ICRICT). Previously, he served as head of the Fiscal Affairs Unit of the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC).
