Tarini Parti joined the Center for Responsive Politics in May 2011. She is a rising senior at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she is studying journalism and political science. She has served as the state and national editor for The Daily Tar Heel, the university's independent student newspaper. She interned at The Christian Science Monitor's D.C. bureau last summer.

Will 2012 Be the End of the Presidential Public Financing System?
