The government has subpoenaed all the account information of Icelandic lawmaker Birgitta Jonsdottir, Dutch activist Rop Gongrjip and programmer Jacob Appelbaum. Thursday's ruling upholds a lower court judgment in March that found the subpoena does not violate constitutional protections against unreasonable searches.
