William Josephson is a retired partner of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson, LLP. He was a major architect of the Peace Corps and its founding counsel from 1961-66. From 1999 to 2004 he served as head of the New York State Law Department Charities Bureau. He lives in Brooklyn.
