Teresa Albano

Teresa Albano is a freelance writer and lifelong activist who loves to swim. Born and raised in the Chicago, Teresa's first political campaign experience was in 1983 volunteering for Harold Washington in his successful run for mayor. An award-winning journalist, Teresa has been honored for her writing by International Labor Communications Association, National Federation of Press Women, and Illinois Woman's Press Association.
