Ian Davis

Dr. Ian Davis is an independent human security and arms control consultant, writer, activist, and founding director of NATO Watch (www.natowatch.org). He received both his Ph.D. and B.A. in Peace Studies from the University of Bradford, in the United Kingdom. He is the executive editor of the SIPRI Yearbook and an Associate Senior Fellow within the Conflict and Peace program at SIPRI. He writes in a personal capacity.
