WASHINGTON - Sierra Club trade and environmental experts will discuss a new report which reveals details about how climate protections that communities are fighting for across the United States could be threatened by two massive proposed trade deals, the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) and Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP).
