CBS News in Chicago is running the following news item. Many viewers in discussion accompanying the YouTube video think the video is faked. What do you think?

CBS News Chicagoreports:
Are surveillance drones flying over Chicago as part of the massive security operation for the NATO Summit?
A video posted on Sunday on You Tube seems to indicate that's the case.
The video was apparently taken in northwest suburban Elgin-about 40 miles from the summit site, McCormick Place. It shows an unusual aircraft, which looks very similar to military surveillance drones, flying over an athletic field.
"That's an odd little plane," the narrator on the video is heard saying.
Then, the video is frozen and is edited to zoom closer to the unidentified flying object. It is then juxtaposed with a still photo of a (MQ-1 Predator) drone.
