Maraki Tamrat

Maraki Tamrat is an undergraduate student at Columbia University, located in New York City. She is a part of the Kluge Scholars Program, granted to her by the University, and is pursuing a degree in Public Health. She joined EarthEcho International in 2021 and is now serving as a member of the Youth Leadership Council. Her time on the YLC has included working with the Ocean Justice Forum, engaging in policy advocacy, and attending as well as organizing Youth Summits both virtually and in-person.
