Four Ways the Ohio GOP is Already Stealing the 2012 Election

Has America’s Stolen Election Process Finally Hit Prime Time?
It took two stolen US Presidential elections and the prospect of another one coming up in 2012. For years the Democratic Party and even much of the left press has reacted with scorn for those who’ve reported on it. But the imperial fraud that has utterly corrupted our electoral process seems finally to be dawning on a broadening core of the American electorate---if it can still be called that. The shift is highlighted by three major developments: 1. The NAACP goes to the United Nations

Will the 1% Steal Ohio's Labor Rights Referendum?
Tuesday’s most important vote is the repeal of Ohio’s vicious anti-labor Issue 2. Polls show the repeal winning by 20% or more. But will it---like the 2004 presidential election---be stolen by a 1% intent on crushing working people and stealing huge sums of money? Like Wisconsin’s millionaire assault on the bargaining rights of public unions, the thoroughly bought Ohio legislature has passed a draconian law aimed at crippling the organizing ability of working people.

Fighting the 5 Fascisms in Wisconsin and Ohio

Democratic Socialists? Democrats Not Half That Good
The Republican National Committee recently dropped its resolution to brand the moderate pro-corporate Democratic Party “Socialists.” As the late, great Democratic Socialist leader Michael Harrington liked to tell it when he testified before a dying Senator Hubert Humphrey on the Humphrey-Hawkins Work Bill, that would theoretically guarantee every American a right to a job, Humphrey bluntly asked him “Is my bill socialism?” Harrington replied, “Senator, your bill’s not half that good.”

Why Al Franken Should NOT Be Riding Private Planes
The tragic and suspicious death of Karl Rove's election thief in chief should send a clear message to Al Franken and other key liberals: don't be riding in any small private planes. Death by air crash now seems to be the favored means of ridding the Rovian right of troublesome characters.

GOP Attacks on American Voters Turn Desperate, Ugly and Dangerous
The GOP assault on American voters has hit full stride as the economy and John McCain tank in synch. With just over three weeks until election day, the Republicans have mounted an all-out attack against newly registered voters and the organizations working to sign them up. As many as 75% of these new voters are expected to vote Democratic, but the attacks have also spread to long-established voters as well. Recent calculations show more than a million more newly registered Democrats in Ohio than Republicans.

Be A Poll Worker and Save American Democracy
We are constantly being asked: "What can we do to stop the 2008 election from being stolen?"
