Progressive and anti-war groups say Democrats don't even need to wait until January—they can hold up money for the war when government funding runs out next month.
"Americans are hungry for leadership that challenges the status quo, ends America’s forever wars, and takes on entrenched wealth and corporate power," said Data for Progress' executive director.
"Two federal courts have now said EPA broke the law when it terminated Solar for All grants. Instead of keeping families in the dark, EPA should take this opportunity to help a million households cut their electricity bills."
