This scam of a bill is a blatant giveaway to corporations and billionaires at the expense of women, children, seniors, working families, sick people, small businesses, the environment, and so much more. If it is signed into law, this bill could collapse the American healthcare market as we know it. It will add $1.4 trillion dollars to the deficit, which will force deep cuts to Medicaid, Medicare, and Social Security down the road.

Congressional Republicans will own every one of these consequences. The widespread constituent outrage that Republicans have seen in their home states will only grow to a fever pitch as the bill proceeds. Whatever the outcome, Indivisible groups will be leading the charge to hold their Senators accountable for the promises they’ve broken and the choice they made today.
