FULL COURT PRESS: Progressives Push Clinton to Help Stop the TPP
In advance of Sec. Clinton’s economic policy speech in Detroit on Thursday, CREDO and Democracy for America (DFA) are calling on Clinton to personally and publicly state her opposition to a lame duck vote on the Trans-Pacific Partnership.
COORDINATED PETITION CAMPAIGN URGES CLINTON TO LEAD AGAINST TPP: In a coordinated petition campaign launched at 6 a.m. Eastern on Wednesday, CREDO and DFA are urging Sec. Clinton to: “make a public statement urging the White House and Democratic congressional leadership to oppose any vote on the TPP, especially during the post-election lame duck session of Congress.”
