Ingrid Biedron is a marine scientist for Oceana, working as a member of the Climate and Energy team. Ingrid’s background includes research in marine mammal acoustics, fisheries policy, ecosystem-based fisheries management and the human dimensions of natural resource management. She holds a BA from Dartmouth College and a MS and PhD from Cornell University.
