Simone Reyes, star of Oxygen TV’s “Running Russell Simmons,” is an active member of the animal rights community, supporting efforts the efforts of PETA as well as the Sea Shepherd Conversviation Society. Among her many animal rights activities, she boldly shed her clothes for PETA's "I’d Rather Go Naked" demonstrations and in 2013 traveled to Taiji, Japan in order to stand witness to the dolphin and whale slaughter that was featured in the award-winning documentary film, The Cove.
