Sara Bakhtiar

Sara Bakhtiar is a summer research intern at the Quincy Institute. She is a Master of International Affairs candidate at Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs where she concentrates in International Security Policy and specializes in Conflict Resolution. At Columbia she was awarded the Foreign Language and Area Studies (FLAS) fellowship. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies and Middle East Studies from Fordham University where she graduated with highest honors. Prior to interning with the Quincy Institute, she worked as a research assistant at the Saltzman Institute of War and Peace Studies.
