Joyce Horman

Joyce Horman is founder of the Charles Horman Truth Foundation, in memory of her husband, a journalist who was murdered during Chile's 1973 coup, by forces loyal to General Pinochet. In 2013, on the 40th anniversary of the coup, she held a Tribute to Justice ceremony in New York to honor the work of those who have aided the fight for justice, and changed the course of international human rights law
