Chris Elam

Chris Elam is Program Director of Meatless Monday. While Chris has absolutely no experience in food or nonprofits, he has an immense amount of experience as a communicator--whether as a producer at MTV or a copywriter at J Walter Thompson, from founding art magazine ArtKrush to shooting photographs for UNICEF. He's a curious carnivore, happy to eat meat but curious to learn more about the health and environmental benefits of cutting back a little.
