Mark Stancil

Mark Stancil is a U.S. citizen and veteran who lives in Sugar Creek, Missouri with two of his daughters. His wife Deborah is a Kenyan citizen who has not been granted a visa to live in the United States. She lives in Nairobi with their youngest daughter.
