Robert Greenwald Presents World Premiere of "Rethink Afghanistan" in Washington, D.C. Documentary Phenomenon Mobilizes Over 500 House Party Screenings

WASHINGTON - On
the eve of the eighth anniversary of the war in Afghanistan, Brave New
Foundation and filmmaker-turned-activist Robert Greenwald, Director of Outfoxed, Wal-Mart: The High Cost of Low Price, and Iraq for Sale, present the world premiere of Rethink Afghanistan.
Washington, D.C. premiere will take place on Tuesday, October 6th, 2009
at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel at 1330 Maryland Ave SW, Washington,
D.C. in Oriental Ballroom C. The premiere will begin promptly at 8:30pm. A panel will follow the screening, featuring:
*Rep. Donna Edwards, Representative from Maryland's 4th District
*Rep. Alan Grayson, Representative from Florida's 8th District
*Malou Innocent, Foreign Policy Analyst at the Cato Institute
*Fahima Vorgetts, Director of the Afghan Women's Fund
