Rights Groups Slam House Passage of Privacy-Invading CISPA Rights groups are slamming the House passage of the controversial Cyber Intelligence Sharing and Protection Act (CISPA) Thursday afternoon, a bill they say "undermines the privacy of millions of Internet users."
