Exxon Hates the World, Also Your Children and America

ExxonMobil, the largest company in the world, is continuing its highly profitable ($420 billion in sales revenues), ethically deplorable (so many crimes, so little time) rampage across the globe, with new projects in Norway, Tanzania, Vietnam and the Russian Arctic, where despite sanctions its drilling plans have drawn praise from Putin as a "model of international cooperation." The projects all confirm ExxonMobil’s longterm plans to expand across the world and "strengthen its integrated downstream portfolio in Europe to better compete in the challenging refining industry." In its own ongoing attempt to stop it - and/or at least keep you fully informed about it - the ExxonHates.com campaign by a coalition of environmental groups, which earlier brought us the excellent Exxon Hates America and Exxon Hates Your Children, has released the new Exxon Hates the World. Which it evidently, truly does: Notes the smirking narrator, "The hotter the world gets, the more money we make."

"Wind and solar? Nice try, hippie."
