As city officials confront widespread rage at how "routine arrests are becoming modern day lynchings," a powerful flash mob of over 100 Broadway actors, directors and musicians partnered with WalkRunFly Productions and poet Daniel J. Watts in front of the Times Square police station to "provoke not riot but conversation" and "offer dissent on police matters."
