Steve Stockman, who gives out Obama Barf Bags for campaign donations, walking out mid-speech; New York Rep. Michael Grimm threatening to throw a reporter "off this f*cking balcony" for asking a question he didn't like; and Kansas Rep. Tim Huelskamp in a jaw-dropping exchange with Rachel Maddow in which he charged Obama "ran against the military by bringing them home" and caused income inequality and besides executive orders are "lawless" and Hillary! and Benghazi! When he called Rachel "a cheerleader," her memorable, eyebrow-raised response almost made up for the rest of it. But not quite.
