Seeking to humanize, empower and transform, French street artist JR has taken his "Inside Out" project to over 100 countries, mostly poor and troubled, to paste about 140,000 giant portraits of those who live there. An HBO documentary tonight explores the power of images in what has been dubbed the world's largest participatory art project.
