Hostess' 'Betrayal Without Remedy' Just Got Worse
Wow. Not only did the management of Hostess run the company into the ground, blame the 18,500 union workers whose jobs were lost, give themselves $1.8 million in bonuses to pick up the mismanaged pieces, and then borrow $30 million for a "consultant" to figure out what the hell to do next - they also "diverted" money from workers' pensions for company operations. And it's "legal." But they have a terrific name for it.
