Days after a majority of its shareholders rejected a $15 million pay package for Citigroup CEO Vikram Pandit - the first such act at a major bank since Dodd-Frank made it possible - a suit has been filed against Pandit and his board for "breaching their fiduciary duties" by awarding executives $54 million in a year when the bank lost money for everyone else. Pandit's still rich, but maybe folks are starting to wonder how and why.

Trayvon Martin shooter George Zimmerman has left jail after he met the $150,0000 bail set by a judge last week. He will have electronic monitoring, a curfew and other conditions. Zimmerman had unexpectedly taken the stand to address Martin's parents, causing gasps in the courtroom. Video.
