Kenneth Chamberlain Sr., a black 68-year-old former Marine with a heart condition, was shot and killed in his home by White Plains, N.Y., police who responded to a false alarm from his medical alert pendant. Though he repeatedly told them he was okay, they broke down his door, tasered him and shot him dead; the medical devise recorded audio of the event.

"My name is Kenneth Chamberlain. This is my sworn testimony. White Plains police are going to come in here and kill me."
