Wisconsin GOP Loses Senate Majority


Wisconsin's State Senate is now evenly split 16-16 after recall-targeted Pam Galloway suddenly resigned Friday, citing family health issues. The departure of Galloway, one of three Republicans facing recall elections, marks even more change in a Senate where last year the GOP held a 19-14 majority.
