House Republicans had 16 Capitol police officers handcuff and arrest Josh Fox, Oscar-nominated director of the anti-fracking documentary "Gasland," and his crew for trying to film a House science committee meeting. A credentialled ABC film crew was also barred. The subject of the meeting was...fracking. The meeting was ostensibly open to the public, under a little-known rule known as the First Amendment.
