Rajat Gupta, a former Goldman Sachs director accused of feeding inside information to hedge fund manager Raj Rajaratnam, has surrendered to federal authorities, making him the highest-ranking executive to be arrested in the probe. How long have you been waiting for a bit of news like that? One down, many to go.
