Up to seven people have been arrested at the Occupy Wall Street protest, which is ongoing but with dwindling numbers. Several protesters were cited for violating a little-used 1845 law that bans masks at gatherings unless for a "masquerade party or like entertainment." So. Party, yes; protest, no.
