Action Now: Bank of America Arrests Activist For Asking It To Obey the Law


Bank of America had a Chicago community leader arrested as she tried to give them a list of the bank’s violations of a newly passed ordinance requiring them to maintain vacant, often foreclosed properties. Marsha Godard plans to join ongoing Action Now rallies at BOA, right after she closes her account.
