Time for a feel-good story: Silver-tongued Gary Russo, a Local 40 ironworker on a New York subway construction project, uses his lunch hour to sing  Sinatra and Darin classics to noise-weary residents. As a species, we are, it's true, deeply flawed. But oh, sometimes, we delight. What a prince.
