After Israeli complaints, Apple earlier this week pulled an iPhone app by Palestinian activists calling for a Third Intifada - much like an ill-fated Facebook page that had drawn hundreds of thousands of supporters -  claiming it violated guidelines by "being offensive to large groups of people."
