Scott Walker Evidently Doesn't Like Poor Kids Any Better Than Unions

Maine's Paul LePage isn't the only governor shuffling art around to his own tunnel-vision tastes: Wisconsin's Scott Walker removed a painting of three kids, called Wishes in the Wind," and replaced them with a Civil War bald eagle. The artist deliberately chose the kids - one black, one white, one Hispanic - for the stories of their difficult lives.

 "This painting was an opportunity for future governors to look these three children in the eye, and I hope, contemplate how their public policies might affect them and other children like them. I guess that was a conversation Governor Walker did not want to have."
